The J House Greenwich Hotel

Generally excellent and accommodating. Great service, solid amenities including good restaurant and bar options within the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is just okay but it's sufficient any coffee is excellent. The biggest negative is at the beds are really quite bad. I stayed here years ago when they were new and the beds were wonderful but honestly it seems like they haven't replaced them in a decade. The bed I slept in felt like an extremely obese person had been sleeping on only one side of the bed for months. You couldn't sleep on the opposite side or you would have rolled down. The only other slightly irritating thing is the mandatory valet parking. But again generally highly recommend. (After the renovation of the delamar and the drop in amenities there, I think the j house is now the better option.)

Easy to get in and out

Die Bar Tenderin war nicht nur arrogant aber auch ziemlich unverschämt. Ich hatte eine Suite gebucht für 600.-$ als ich mein Abendessen aufs Zimmer schreiben wollte, fragte Sie mich ob ich dazu einen Kredit hinterlegt habe. Ich habe geantwortet: in den Hotels Grand und Park Hyatts in denen ich normalerweise übernachte wurde ich sowas noch nie gefragt. Der Haartrockner ist mir in der Hand explodiert und der Safe war kaputt. Ansonsten super laut und eine Amerikanische Kaffeemaschine die eine Brühe braut die eine Zumutung ist. In Greenwich CT das zu den vermögendsten Gegenden in den USA zählt gibt es kein Hotel in dem man übernachten will.

I recently stayed at the J House in which a client of mine book a home in the company‘s name and I have to say my stay at the J House was amazing. I would like to give many things to Catherine aka Super Cat who is just an amazing person with all guest. Both myself and my guest experience was superb. I’ll have to give many things to Catherine for providing an amazing experience I am asking John the owner of the J House to give Catherine a special recognition and bonus for her leadership. The entire fund this team needs to be rewarded as well., Abraham was amazing and the housekeeping just the same. The entire J House and itself is amazing this hotel deserves a five star review.

Boy, I got a room @ The JHouse ( very cool, sleek modern,) Kobe Burger - delicious - and a hearty breakfast am then whisked away in a brand new huge M B all electric SUV by a wonderfully polished full of manners gentleman named Jose. Jose was excellent in getting a nervous lawyer to where he needed to in the labrynthe of Greenwich roads. Great place. I’ll be back for sure. Go Jose !

The rooms were very nice with a lot of thoughtful amenities. I loved the Japanese toilets and the shower was very good. Room service and the food were very good

People working at valet were not so friendly. The entrance of the hotel and the room are very different. I did not want to stay when I saw the "lobby". It was a pleasant surprise when I saw the room.

The room was spacious, beds comfortable. Ensuite bathroom wonderfully appointed. Tony's Restaurant exceptional. Food was delicious. Breakfast free! Gym bijou size but had what was needed as a minimum

Our room had a fault with the electrics so we could not turn all of the lights off at night. The electric blinds did not work so we could not open them in the morning. Staff however were very apologetic and I'm sure this was just a fluke. But it did mean our stay was not as comfortable as it could have been. The free Breakfast was OK but a bit basic. I'm sure the Breakfast in Tony's Restaurant would have been excellent we just didn't want to pay extra.

Excellent place to stay while in Greenwich CT. All of their staff are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend
