Nichts, vollkommen überteuertes Zimmer. Das grauenhafteste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Croissants mindestens drei Tage alt. Obst nicht frisch. Alles in Plastik verpackt als Wegwerfartikel.

Technische Finessen des Zimmers, die man bei später Anreise unmöglich verstehen und nutzen kann. Z.B. Wie man das Zimmer verdunkeln kann. Da hätte das Personal helfen müssen.

Thank you so much for a such warm community. I feel like home every time I come. Janice is unique and extremely thoughtful . Clean, spacious ,calm and perfect environment . Ready come back again and again. If someone says- it’s old,I will tell-oldfashioned. Never change enything. Unfortanetely I come everytime due to work or son’s education and I don’t manage to try spa . but have heard a lot of amazing reviews! Just extraordinary place with history. Don’t want to change or advice anything.

Had our reservation canceled due to overbooking 1.5 hours prior to check in time. They did arrange for us to stay at Hyatt hotel down the street. Took a week and myself to reach out to J House to get a refund as stated in a letter given to us. They only partially refunded due to room being booked through Expedia and not them directly.
