Booking. Com is absolutely the worst I prepaid for my trip only to arrive at hotel to find out they never even sent my reservation and hat to fight for hours to get to talk to someone on the phone only to be disrespected and screamed at stayed on phone for 2 hours in the middle of night after driving 9 hour trip and while on phone Booking. Com canceled all my reservations that I had already paid for days in advance so I had to book with the hotel directly and pay again at a higher price and all I got from Booking. Com was yelled at as if it were my fault that they messed up worse experience ever Booking.Com is the absolute worse company I have ever used
