"Terrible costumer service with false advertising"

Told us breakfast was free and the charged for 2 prices of toast $15 for that and the pancakes was hard a a rock and then they proceeded to lock the doors and charge everyone even the people that just got water

"Reservations were messed up. Hotel was dinghy, staff were unhelpful and rude. I have never been so disgusted!"

Staff rude , building nerds a total revamp! Dark and dinghy smells old as well as the smell of pot was on our floor. Only one person helped us. The other two just stated that we did not have correct reservations and they would do nothing. They blame IHG!
