Helnan Phønix Hotel

La colazione è stata abbstanza completa, sia con dolce che salato. La possibilità di parcheggiare le nostre moto (senza costi) nel parcheggio interno dell'hotel. La posizione molto vicina al centro città.

Il bagno è abbastanza datato, andrebbe rinfrescato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non equilibrato. Il misunderstanding con l'hotel, nonostante avessi prenotato (come da proposta booking.com) una stanza matrimoniale + letto supplementare, l'hotel ha insistito per darmi una matrimoniale perchè il letto supplementare avrebbe richiesto comunque pulizia e sostituzione delle lenzuola.

Quick easy and clean

Værelset er flot og har en god størrelse, for mig er en af de vigtigste ting, når man vågner og skal ned og spise morgenmad, men det er dog noget af det mest kedelige morgenmad jeg længe har oplevet. Smagsløst, osten var tør, udvalget ringe. Jeg drikker ikke kaffe eller te, så et godt glas juice, men de har slet ikke juice, de har frugtdrik.

I was given a room (342) placed at third level, windows facing ventilation system. It was so noisy, even with the windows closed. Like having a truck just outside your door. It was nessesary for me to leave the room, to rest my ears. I informed the hotel, they were sorry. I find that you can’t offer this room without informing people. I have stayed at the hotel before, and had a good time there, so everything else is fine.

Quite old and worn out rooms but at least with a new comfortable bed. The bathroom was not cleaned sufficiently, there was hair on the floor in the shower and old dirt around the toilet and on the walls. The shower was terrible with no water pressure and the drain was clogged so the bathroom flooded. The receptionist that checked us in was very new and couldn’t give directions to the room. The receptionist that we spoke to at checkout about the problems in the room seemed not to care. We only stayed one night.
