The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

The bathroom was quite small and outdated. The hotel has a lot of stairs - even from the parking lot to the reception. The room was on the ground floor with a really weird view.

Beliggenheten

Fikk ikke rommet vi hadde bestilt, fikk ikke tilbud om kompensasjon eller oppgradering av rom. Rommet var ikke skikkelig rent. Forsøkte å kansellere for da å booke oss inn et annet sted, men det fikk vi ikke siden rommet var bestilt gjennom booking.com. Hotellet er gammelt og moden for oppussing. Forholdsvis dyrt for det man får.

I like that the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and shopping malls. The staff seemed nice, and the breakfast was good.

The receptionists were pleasant and approachable, but I feel that the customer service could be improved. For instance, important details such as the paid parking and even simple guidance like where the elevator is were not explained upon check-in. The room also had a few issues: the lighting was insufficient, and when taking a shower, the water splashed across the entire bathroom floor, even reaching the toilet bowl, which made the area quite wet and inconvenient. Additionally, the mirror provided was not a full-length mirror, which would have been more practical. Lastly, the elevator seems very outdated. I’ve seen similar concerns raised in past reviews, and unfortunately, it appears that no upgrades have been made up to now (2025).
