The front desk person who checked us in was very rude when confused about making a deposit even though we paid through booking. I also called the night before and they said I wouldn’t have to worry about a deposit. But other than that , it was a nice stay.
USDidn't get to try the breakfast, because we had to go to a procedure at the hospital and it was earlier than it started.
USThere were several issues with this hotel. The bathtub would not drain. It took a very long time to drain, so as you are taking a shower you are standing in several inches of water. The microwave did not work. Mold on the shower walls. I bought bleach spray to clean the shower each time I used it. Very weird smell in the room even in the vents. The hallways are a good 90* at all times. Stains on the mattress and no mattress protector was used.

Pool heater was broken so the water was a chilly 72 but what's worse, I noticed the margarines were all unsealed at breakfast and told the employee working. He didn't remove them and just pointed to the butter and said "the butter is here" and walked away. I didn't want butter so I started sorting through the cups of margarine looking for some that were sealed and tossing the ones that were broken open. Several minutes later when he noticed I was doing that, he came back over, irritated and snatched the tray from me and said, "don't throw them away, I'll send them back to the supplier" and took them to their prep room. We won't be back
