"Due to unforeseen circumstances not at any fault of the establishment we had to switch rooms the roo"

Great location close to everything good breakfast comfortable rooms

Reserved a non-smoking room when our rooms toilet was not working properly we had to switch rooms late into the evening and we believe that the room we switched to was a former smoking room

"This hotel stole from us. This is just wrong."

There was a mixup, booking and Quality Inn are both to blame. We thought we were reserved at the Inn in Farmington NM, when we arrived we were told by the person behind the counter that the zip code was different , the reservation said Farmington USA. We immediately contacted the Inn in Mo. and was told the refund had to be authorized by Booking, Booking said it had to be authorized by Quality Inn. Still we were charged, and was supposed to be charged when checking in. Hotel will not speak to me after charging us $103. Hung up on me. No response to emails.
