"I probably won’t stay there again."

It was ok.

There was some kind of black goop in the parking lot that got all over my hands, coat, a piece of luggage and my shoes. It took me an hour to scrub it off of everything. Luckily it did come off. The lobby was messed up and the people checking me in were kind of babbling and it was hard to understand their instructions.

VERY VERY CLEAN rooms and areas. Very polite and helpful staff. Friendly environment. Breakfast was hot and enough. Definitely more than worth the value.

"Pissed off"

I took my great grandkids (3) to swim and have a sleepover with me so the pool was a plus .

I was charged an extra 50$ that I did not authorize. I thought it was just a deposit pending but nope it was not.

The location, stay, check in procedure, amenities are amazing, privacy, ease of making changes, quiet, relaxing, clean, and definitely will be my choice of hotels in the area.

I just wish they had a hot tub because I have problems health wise and it would just be nice to recoup. But, the owner had all other amenities and I love this hotel.

Pretty much everything. The hot water stayed on for a really long time, and that was nice in the condition I'm in. I like the t.v. channels and the location is pretty good.

Shower and tub needs a little work but overall great, in the cold, though the room wasn't the greatest spot because of a disability, was the furthest room away from everything, and upstairs.... But in the other hand I would rather have that spot than any other choice I had. And, I don't really have a lot to complain about. I worry about the security of Wi-Fi when I travel, though.... And I'm guessing since it was insecure, that's why it wasn't available to me and that's ok. At least I know. The owner seems pretty good, he offered me choices that I normally wouldn't of had and gave me incentive to return again, and assisted me with the online reservation more than he should've had to and I appreciate that.
