Great spot.

Perfect location in Bruges, convenient for a boat ride and has such a lovely bar and breakfast room. Our room had a nice view of the canal and the Murano glass windows are special. All the staff are warm and knowledgeable. They helped with our dinner reservations and recommended the best chocolate shop in town.

This hotel was beautiful, very clean, had an outstanding professional staff, and was in a great location. The restaurant and bar were lovely. The room, as well as the bed, was comfortable and the service outstanding. I would stay here again!

Hotel is lovely! Great and easy check in. However do not stay in the rooms that are downstairs and your windows are level with the street! So much noise coming from the cars, people, horse and carriages going by. It was very loud! I could listen to conversations happening right outside my window and when you close the curtains the room gets dark. I asked to be moved and they were totally booked. It does quiet down at night so plan to be out of your room if you can’t stand the street noise. Also the floor in shower stall is extremely slippery! And there are no handrails to grab when you slide in. We both slipped getting in. Ask for a rubber mat, that helps. And there are no hooks at all in the bathroom, so be creative about where you can hang your robe and towels. Also they have the world’s smallest pillows for the bed! Breakfast buffet was ok.

A lovely friendly hotel with parking! on the canal so it's central for walking to lots of places. If you want to eat in the restaurant make sure you book ahead - they don't tell you this. We sadly didn't get to eat there as it was fully booked. However, the noise coming from the restaurant made us glad we didn't book, there was a noisy group in there.

A lovely hotel overlooking the beautiful canal in the Centre of this lovely city. This property is a gem with a stylish building, extremely helpful staff and excellent service at all times. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. I would just point out that one of our bathrooms had a bath without the ability to have a shower due to the low ceiling. A minor inconvenience. The property has a lovely bar which once again is very stylish. The location is great as you walk out straight into the Centre of this beautiful city.

Great hotel in a beutiful location in the heart of the historic district of Bruges. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was spacious. They were very nice and upgraded our room from our original reservation
