Hotel de Tuilerieen

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel de Tuilerieen in early April of 2025. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as the staff was extremely attentive, the grounds were beautiful and the service was wonderful. Their patio area is gorgeous and even the parking lot was picturesque!

A very clean and stylish hotel near the main square. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Especially a member of the reception team DB Nicholas who was always willing to help us with questions, gave us extra hangers when we asked. Breakfast was extremely tasty, food was homemade and a good selection of food was available. Excellent service from all staff.

Charming small hotel located in the heart of Bruges, over looking a lovely canal, very central to everything We received a delightful welcome and every body we spoke with was helpful and kind. Our room was right at the top of the hotel, from where we could enjoy some of the Bruges landmarks peeping out above the roofs. The room was really fresh, bright, clean and comfortable. We were also surprised by a departure gift of water and apples for our journey, which was so thoughtful. A lovely stay in an extra special location.

Really lovely stay at an exceptional hotel. Location was perfect. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The executive room was beautiful and everywhere was incredibly clean. Fresh, natural flavoured water was available on a daily basis which was great after a long day out walking.

Beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast with great choice of healthy foods. Excellent service from all staff who were keen to help. Good location to visit central Bruges. Parking available. Elegant and peaceful room with a good bathroom with a deep bath and good separate shower. I could not fault the room or the hotel and hope to return some time.

Hotel De Tuilerieën is one of the best hotels we have stayed in at Bruge. Friendly staff, everything freshly decorated and clean. We were upgraded to a beautiful canal view room on arrival which had some stunning views. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had high hopes for this hotel but wasn't our favorite on a month-long Europe Christmas trip and the amount of $$ we paid. We had two rooms (adults in canal view and old children in the twin attic room) GOOD - Location is unbeatable - Body wash was lovely - The kids attic room with a balcony was nice and a good size and nice bath. - Staff at reception were welcoming (even though we got told the wrong information upon check-in) - Bus stop out front - Great view of the canal - Great beer hall over the road on canal I would recommend for a experience COULD IMPROVE - The toilet was the shower area behind the glass cubicle wasn't a great idea as became slippery and sitting there in water from the shower was unsafe when walking out. - Bathrobes would have been nice as we paid for luxury. - No towel hooks - The man at check-in gave us all the wrong details. Said we were booked in for 3 nights, not 2, and told us we had breakfast included to find out once seated for breakfast no we didn't and this caused us great embarrassment and had to get up and walk out.

Stayed here before but first visit during the Bruges Winter Glow. As ever the bedroom was stunning and overlooked the canal at the front of the hotel. Service was impeccable. The new in-house restaurant had recently opened for dinner, and is a great addition. For those with less time, the bar served an excellent informal evening meal. The Bruges “Winter Glow” included amongst other things, a three kilometre walk around the historic city with spectacular light instillations along the route. Most memorable and enjoyable.

Classy hotel. Service was friendly and excellent. Rooms are spacious and feel historic. Ours had exposed beam ceiling. Location is excellent - right on a canal and walking distance to all the sights in the old town. View of the belfry in the main market square.

Easily the best hotel of our honeymoon. Little tip - they completely lock the building down at night so just don’t freak out if you have to buzz reception, ahahaa.
