Location

The ceiling was caving in on us the bedspread was dirty the room was upgraded without my permission I needed two beds and there was one bed and a couch floors got flooded due to roof leak in a rainstorm the shower was Tiny, just not a good experience at all

"Non smoking room smells like smoking room"

Big parking area for trailers.

I reserved a queen size bed in a non smoking room. It was a queen size bed but a smoking room. All my clean clothes smelled like cigarette smoke.

"Very pleasant experience at La Quinta in Caldwell, Idaho."

We ended up at this hotel because the hotel in which we had originally reserved a room, Best Western, advised us when we arrived, that we could not stay there because we were bringing our pet cat. Rather shocked by this information (since we regularly stay in Best Westerns because they allow cats and have nice accomodations), we asked them where we might go instead. They recommended La Quinta next door, and indeed, La Quinta does allow people to bring their beloved feline family members. We were pleasantly surprised by this fact, by how nice the hotel is, and in particular, how OUTSTANDING, their check-in clerk Chad is. There is no doubt that we will now look to La Quinta again when our entire family, including our cat, is coming with us on a trip.
