"Loved the staff."

Staff was excellent. Worked to 10pm to get wifi service to our room, even worked with the internet provider to try to resolve the problem. Same problem the 2nd day of stay so she reassigned us to a different room.

Wifi did not work in the room. It worked in the hall, at the checkin desk and outside, just not in our room. When the problem could not be resolved we were reassigned to a different room.

Room was meticulously clean Staff was amazing, courteous, attentive and kind Breakfast was always excellent

The washer was out of service our whole stay and were still charged for the amenity.while I had to leave off site paying gas mileage and time in order to wash clothes, no notices were posted about washer out of service. The pool house was too cold to swim in hardly making it an indoor pool The outdoor grills were very unkempt and full of old ash and cigarettes
