La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Caldwell

It would a in a good location. Not well kept

We had a broken toilet that did not stop running no maintained available for two days we had a week long stay. No alternative room. I went to the hardware store and fixed the problem myself so I could sleep. Staff were not helpful at all

The staff was very friendly

I have stayed at a number of La Quintas because of their pet policy and generally good quality for price. This did not meet my normal expectations for the hotel. The room was extremely small. I had to teach an online class during the morning of my stay and there was not enough space in the room for me to do so. Also, the wifi was not sufficient for me to host a Zoom meeting so I wound up having to use my cellular data. Overall, this hotel was not of the quality I usually expect from La Quinta.

The sausage at breakfast was the best I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. It is very hard to use stairs for me right now so I really couldn't make trips from my room down and back. Once I left for the day I didn't go back until I was going to stay the rest of the day. Also the bed was too tall I have trouble getting in and out of it. There was also nothing to hang on to to help with that. The shampoo in the shower was too tall and it would have been better if it was mounted at the end away from the shower head, because then you could access it without getting water in you face. If you accommodate people who are a little shorter tall people can still use them, so every one is accommodated.

Kind and respectful staff

Breakfast was terrible. synthetic sausage and powder eggs were not good the rolls and bagels were so dry we could not eat them. you can do better

I found the staff ferry, accommodating and nice. And helpful.
