The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location, which is very central and convenient. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing for several reasons. First, the apartment is located in an attic, which makes it extremely hot during warm weather. Even with the air conditioning running continuously, the apartment felt like a sauna. If you are sensitive to heat, I would not recommend booking this property. The cleanliness was also below expectations. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there was dust throughout the apartment. Despite paying a cleaning fee, I ended up cleaning parts of the apartment myself. Although the listing did not mention it, there was a washing machine available. However, it was not functioning properly—it leaked water and moved excessively during the spin cycle. The air conditioning setup was another major issue. The AC unit was located inside the apartment rather than venting heat outside. As a result, it generated additional warm air inside the room and was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower head was not working properly, and water leaked outside the shower area, creating a mess in the bathroom after every use. Check-in instructions were also very poor. The information provided directed us to the wrong address for the key box. After searching for approximately 30 minutes and calling the owner, we were told to go to a different address. The instructions should be accurate, clear, and updated to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for guests. Finally, the television was very limited. It only offered Italian channels, and it was not possible to connect Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming services because it was not a smart TV. Overall, while the location was excellent, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, excessive heat, and confusing check-in process made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Central location, easy check-in/check-out, kitchen equipped enough for a short stay, good for solo travelers, good for business trips, enough space for storing clothes.

The shower is a total disaster; too small, water goes everywhere, shower head fragile, gross shower curtain. Not perfectly clean and/or items in good condition. Bed not exactly comfy.

Poco spazio, divano letto invece del letto, nessuna accoglienza. Prezzo troppo alto per una struttura del genere.
