Great room, pool, food and customer service was very good.

Front desk staff are great to deal with. Always busy yet still congenial to their guests. Lovely scenic views. Breakfast is pretty good.

I got lost on arrival trying to find my room.. Totally my own fault for not paying attention and for having way too much "baggage" (pun intended) And i was upstairs. Can't take their awesome luggage trolleys up the stairs.. No lift or other means to ascend. Didnt realise my room was not on the ground. Have a bad knee and and I was not inclined to ask for relocation as i was super embarrassed and hot and sweaty and hurting.. etc.etc So that could absolutely be noted and made clear to their guests. or on the initial site page when making a booking. Stair only access to top level. A better mud map. So guests like me can't go bush bashing. There are spiders and webs in most areas where there is grass and trees. Smoking area could definitely be given a little bit of thought and a small amount of well.. anything really. I don't expect an ashtray at the pool or restaurant. But a decent covered seating area at the back of the grounds to cater to the smokers would be an asset to them. Rooms are small. But clean and comfortable Bathroom is small. No barrier from shower to the rest of the bathroom so anything on the floor gets wet when showering.
