Service. Location. Beach access. Staff. Breakfast buffet. Spa staff.

My trip was 100% until the last morning. The hostess, Stacy from New York, at the restaurant had an unpleasant attitude and tone.I was disappointed and honestly sad because everyone else was wonderful.

We stayed here before flying home after a cruise. I’m so glad we did. The hotel is so convenient to both the cruise port and the airport but even more important is it’s a beautifully charming family friendly hotel with beach access and a kind and helpful staff and great food on property. We plan on coming back when we can stay longer.

Beach access, beautiful property, excellent staff. Perfect for pre or post cruise!

There's nothing really close to walk to other than the beach. Which was both good and bad.
