Place has amazing old Hollywood movies vibes. We stayed at the pool view suite. Perfect place to go with kids. Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our getaway. They have all you need. Personnel is friendly and following instructions. I asked for the baby crib, then for the late cleaning, all done spotless, personnel are friendly and sufficient.

Don't guarantee early check in, you have to buy one more night.

"Exceptional resort ! Just like being in the Caribbean"

We stayed at Lago Mar to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation from university. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. The premises was clean. The food was amazing. The family and adult pool were clean and it was in great proximity to the beach which we took several walks on. I would this to families and couples alike and we would definitely return.

"A perfect getaway!"

We were looking for a hotel on the beach, close enough to the airport. Lago Mar checked both boxes. We opted for an oceanfront, one bedroom 2 bath kitchenette. We were on the third floor. The room was excellent! Our first night we had a late dinner at their restaurant. I felt bad when I realized how late we were, and promised to eat fast. The server and all staff were so pleasant just the same. We did eat most breakfasts in our room. We had the buffet twice. Great job by Evan and Ramon. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly, timely and great at what they do. All the staff here is special. Evan said the owner is great, as is the way all the staff is treated. It really shows. Keep doing what you’re doing. We can’t wait to come back! The pools and grounds were kept well. Lots of activities for kids too!
