The beds were comfortable, lemon water in lobby was refreshing.

The rooms were dirty, strings of hair in various areas of room. Room was outdated. Pool water was freezing cold and unenjoyable. The desk worker, male, was inexperienced with cashier and customer service. Charged my card an extra night, and than was nasty about it as if I didn’t know hotel policies.
