My two rooms were near each other.

I was given a hard time about checking in early even after confirming with hotel staff it was ok 2 days prior to my arrival. Then my second room was not allowed to check in until 2 hours afterwards. The General manager and the front desk clerk was very unpleasant to deal with. They both blamed me for using a third party to book my stay, even after I showed proof of my direct call to their hotel. No apologies for their error or the long wait to check in.

I was calling to confirm my arrival because it was a late check on. I especially liked that. Once I arrived, I was greeted by staff with a warm welcome. There was some water on my bathroom floor, due to a leaky sprinkler and l asked for a discount to stay in the room because that was the last room available. I was assured of a new room the next morning and management delivered.

The morning I checked out, I had about 3 places on my left thigh and left arm that was bitten by something. That was scary. Also, the faucet in both tubs, were loose.
