The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in. The property was clean, fairly updated, and the sights from our Mountain View room were lovely. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast. It's worth noting the property is about 8 minutes from CU, but it's a very easy drive. I rated this a 9 for the overall value.

There are very minor things that could be improved, but I would simply have to pay a higher price for certain luxuries. For example, closer proximity to the CU campus, no dining within walking distance (yet, the upside is it's near a quiet neighborhood and you didn't hear traffic noise), tiny elevators, small rooms, no water bottles in the room, etc. We didn't use the pool, so we don't know what that amenity was like.

It was a clean nice room in a nice hotel.

The price I was charged was about $10 more than my reservation was quoted at. I didn't notice until I got back home and reviewed emails. This is frustrating.

It is close to pearl street and campus

Customer service was great, rooms are basic but clean and fine, older hotel that’s been remodeled, as it is in South Boulder it’s a bit out of the way to restaurants, etc. but easy access to CU. Fine for short visit.

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel is brandy new, ergo everything was in good condition. The cleaning staff used some sort of very intensely smelling cleaner for the carbets

The clerk that checked me in was amazing. Explained everything about the property. I thought I was in a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Close to all the action, yet quiet. Staff was friendly and kind. Parking is easy and convenient.
