Good quiet location near a neighborhood. Great view of flatirons. Modern facilities.

It was in the middle of a neighborhood & felt like this hotel was geared more for college kids to party there.

The staff were the best! Beds are comfy, room was spacious and the view was amazing!

Good location to airport & Boulder. Good breakfast options, different every morning.

Better Fruit options for breakfast would be nice.

The room is clean and confortable. I like the shower, it’s really modern. My room was near the washing machine, it was a little bit noisy in the evening.

We had trouble with the electrical in the first room and decided to move. The ADA room they gave us was helpful for my mom but smaller and lacked luggage rack spaces. There was also only one chair in a room with 2 beds so they gave us a folding chair. The drawback for the facility is that none of the doors stayed open, even in the ADA room. This is dangerous for people who have walkers and wheelchairs. There were also no hooks to hang long clothes. A little disappointing.

Pretty mid-stay. The hotel did not have the type of room we paid for through Expedia (on the side where you could see the mountains). The room was OK, but was clean. The room was not laid out well - for example, if the bathroom door was open, you couldn’t open the door to the hallway because it blocked it; there were no outlets near one side of the bed. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good!

Enjoyed the uniqueness of a smaller hotel among an array of behemoths available to travelers. Staff did a nice job of meeting guest's needs and meeting specific requests.
