"Solid choice when Boulder is busy"

The room was pretty updated and bed was comfortable.

It feels a bit like a renovated motel. A notch below most Bonvoys outside the room. Toss in the fact prices were jacked up for Boulder move-in and the value was missing. Had I been charged $150 vs $325/night, would give it a higher rating.

Convenient location in a quiet, residential area with a convenience store and gas station right across the street. The property was clean and the staff exemplary and the bed was comfortable. About the only complaint is that the shower was a bit narrow - but otherwise well done.
