Baymont by Wyndham Willow Park

Room smelt like smoke, and old carpet. TV did not work, non of the breakfast service was available except the waffle maker and the mix was super runny. Ended up throwing it away. For syrup they had a giant container set out that looked like it had been around a decade.

Very restful

It was horrible!! The toilet was leaking water every-time you flush! There was water all over the floor. One of the chair arm was broken. We saw one roach. The breakfast was horrible they only have waffle and cereal. No butter

Very clean hotel with excellent amenaties and staff.

Hair in tub. Dirty microwave. Dirty floor including pieces of paper towels.

The check-in process went fine. Our key didn’t work the first time so we had to go back to the front desk to get that fixed. Once we got in our room, the scent nearly knocked us down. It was so strong, I’m certain my daughter will have a migraine from it. The floor in the bathroom area had some kind of residue on the floor. Despite everything saying this is a no smoking facility, I saw several ashtrays full of cigarette butts and people actively smoking.

The carpet was sticky, the tv didn’t work and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed was hard and the room had a terrible smell
