Location was great

The smoke detector in the room was beeping all night. Phoned the front desk and they said someone would be up to change it. Waited an hour and still nothing. Finally gave up on sleeping and checked out. Told the front desk and they didnt seem to be bothered. Very disappointing.

"Never going back!"

Room was ice cold due to no heat. Food was lukewarm at best. Couldn’t get out of there soon enough to try to warm up.

Heat the restaurant. Also, perform routine room maintenance to ensure frigid air from the outside at minus 45 was not pouring in from the bottom of the window wall in our room.
