Both times I stayed at the Ramada. The climate control in the rooms did not work properly. Maintaince did fix quickly both times .

"The hotel was comfortable and I think the staff were doing the best they could with all the evacuees."

It was central to the places we were going.

There was a lack of communication between what I had been told through bookings.com and online check in with check in staff. I had been assured we had side by side rooms but staff was not aware. Also the bill was higher than expected.
