Good staff, good location, clean facilities.

Sink backsplash unfinished, uncaulked, misfitting and had wax pencil marks at three places. Motion activated washroom light shut off in mid shower! Could not over ride. Elevator did not service parking garage so had to haul suitcases up stairs. Hot tub was tepid, so did not use.

Expensive parking. Breakfast not included. Poor ventilation. Dusty surfaces. Room magnetic keys stopped working multiple times. Washroom door difficult to close. Overall, it is not worth the price.

"Not very clean - not good food - outdated - very friendly staff"

The staff was very friendly.

The pool had a hole in the roof and was leaking dirty water and chunks of the ceiling were falling into the pool. The breakfast was so gross we didn’t eat it (server was great. Food yuck) waited in kookies for 15 m with no service
