Room wasnโ€™t very clean. Other peoples garbage under the bed, toilet and shower werenโ€™t clean, bathroom sink was clogged, bedding was dirty. Pool was good except it was smelly like it needed some treatment. Hot tub jets didnโ€™t work. Location was seedy and a lot of rif raff around

way to expensive for what it is, dont like how u have to pay for parking..... should be included. got breakfast vouchers... shouldnt that be free? too many people and no pool. very dissatisfied

4 staff at the front desk and only 1 was helped me all the while she was helping her co-workers standing next to her help another person. Like why have 4 staff in the front when only 1 would help? Plus the a/c in the room we got did not work. It was hot and humid in there.

Only booked this for the pool and it wasnโ€™t available. Also people were trying to break in to another room at 5:30am and I called the front desk to report and they did nothing then I called 30 min later again and they just acted annoyed by me. My girlfriend was horrified.

Was not able to sleep at night due to multiple guests, opening it and closing doors and using the elevator, which was next to our room I think some control needs to happen after 11 oโ€™clock till morning to ensure quality of sleep for guests
