The room had a funky smell to it and I asked some people on the elevator if their room had a smell and they said yes, they too had a smell in their room on the same floor. It wasn't something you got used to either. It may have been the carpeting.

Such a nice stay. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great, the chicken sausages were great! Very close to the airport! No complaints!

Our stay was nice. The only issue was the quality of the food in the restaurant. It was overpriced because of the cheap ingredients used and the cook had no idea what he was doing. I had the chili, which practically had a whole jar of pepper dumped in it, and the so called take on a Cuban sandwich. The ingredients were subpar for an $18 sandwich and it should not have been on a stale chibatta bun.

Great service at the bar from Misleidy. She was attentive and brought us drinks when needed. She was personable, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend the bar and Misleidy as the bartender. Food was pretty good and the drinks were great

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless and extremely comfortable. What really stood out was the customer service. Every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality so well. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Hotel was good, my only complaint is the room i booked was the executive suite but the picture on expedia was a presidential suite. With that being said it was not what i expected, the Hotel manager explained and offered free breakfast in the restaurant for my family for our entire stay. I recommend staying at this hotel,just make sure you book from hotel site.
