Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

Had issues with Gravel on the carpet floor, wet carpet next to the bed and also ripped bathroom towel.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff is very professional. I will definitely be staying here the next time I have to travel Dallas for work, or just because.

I stayed 5 days with my son while I attended a conference. The rooms are nice, our bathroom was huge, and the staff were excellent everywhere we went in the hotel. The conference area is great. We ate dinner several times in the bar and had excellent food. We would go outside every afternoon and walk around for some fresh air and exercise. I felt safe in the area. There is a Quick Trip convenience store across the street. It was a great experience.

Had to come out to Dallas for a electrician class and stayed with them completely satisfied with my stay everything from the room to the employees Misleidy was a exceptional bartender and very attentive and consistently checking up and seeing if we needed anything 10/10 service defienitly will be coming back

What a wonderful hotel for business and pleasure. Recently, I had some meetings in Dallas and also a weekend in the middle, so I picked the Renissance hotel because it is perfect for both. I find the location to be close to everything. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful in every way. Easy to check in and helpful throughout the stay. Alex checked me in, has a great personality, and was so helpful through my visit. Each day, he checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and if he could do anything to make my stay better. Another great employee is Mahdi. When I checked in, he helped with luggage and suggested resturants around the area that were very unique and tasty. I stay in lots of hotels all around the country, and this hotel has some of the best staff I have come across.

The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was convenient to the areas I was in town.
