Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

There were several major issues with this hotel. If you have a large conference scheduled to have a two day event, the coffee shop and the restaurant should be open and staffed and if staffing was a known issue, a temp agency could have helped. Tempature control was non existent. Even after talking to management, the front desk and the gead of maintenance. Nothing worse than trying to make it through a 2 day conference when its 65 degress in the room. No refills available of coffee for guest in the conference. Pulled food and snacks away very quickly while attendees where still trying to eat. Hotel restaurant was horrible. 1+ hour to get food. One server. Breakfast was a joke. Some servers dont speak or understand english. How the heck am I to order??? Sorry but I would not stay again.

Nice, the restaurant and bar was impressive. The ribeye sandwich and truffle fries with a Devil’s Mule was the perfect pairing

I booked my stay here because when I called to ask about their pet fee for an emotional support animal they said there was not one for ESA. I get there and they tell me it’s going to be $50 a night and I stayed there 2 nights so that was disappointing. I couldn’t cancel because I had already paid and it was so late for me to go look for something else. Nothing special about the rooms really, small and kind of old. I didn’t try their amenities. It was decent price but the $100 pet fee just made it not worth it for me.

We enjoyed our time at this property & will rebook when we travel to the Dallas area! Safe, clean, friendly staff!

The building could use some more renovation and some more lighting in the lobby, but other than that, I would recommend staying here it’s safe. It’s nice and you’re right there by the highway.

Great location, the server Misleidy was great as well. 100% recommended, room are also very comfortable with great room service. Hotel restaurant serves good food, drinks were cold and great. Room service is also great taking the experience to another level

The place it’s too old , they charge me double time. In my credit card !! The breakfast cost $27
