"Highly recommended."

Amazing and attentive staff. Clean and welcoming. Very friendly bartenders Melody and Misleidy. All homemade mixers and garnishes at the bar. I’m not a big drinker, but I was there every night for a five day stay. breakfast was good and a good dinner menu.

My room was small with old furniture. The Bathtub spout leaks while trying to take a shower. No exhaust fsn in the bathroom. That's horrible.

"Misleidy at Dovers Grill at the Renaissance"

Misleidy was my waitress at Dovers and she provided excellent service to me. I had the Texas nachos and they were quite tasty. Great environment and great personal service made this visit very nice. The hotel was very nice, clean and the restrooms were well stocked and clean. Everyone was there to serve.

The staff were helpful and friendly!! The property was outdated, broken or not working items in room, room floor was not clean, and very noisy AC fan!! The pool was a very big disappointment as it looked nothing like the pictures, pool area was run down and pool was dirty!! Overall I would NOT choose this place again and will hesitate choosing a renaissance hotel in the future.
