Boxboro Regency

I like the place a lot and they had a very nice restaurant in there, and I enjoyed my stay. I just wish I had a room that was not on the outside perimeter. I wish it had been in the inner perimeter facing the pool... those rooms are nicer and I felt like I the huge windows in my room were a little scary- with working men outside - it was safe, but the windows that are very large on ground level scared me. Next time I prefer to be inside by the pool, not on the outside perimeter facing the grounds with very large windows. The restaurant in there was excellent, had very good drinks and excellent food.

As stated above, the room location. And some of the plastic door covers on the unfinished rooms. That didn't look very attractive.

I would not recommend anyone to go this hotel because 1. It was too noisy because of the party at the ballroom at the night time could not able to sleep at all and I called desk they don’t care about their guests 2. Room was too bright because window curtain was not enough to make it darker 3. Rooms are very stinky and smelly 4. Beds are so dirty There are mamangement problem. I would not recommend anyone to go this hotel. I would rather sleep in my car

Location is great. Bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning didn't work well. The ice machine was not working, no guest laundry- it was taped off with trash bags.. The hotel is falling apart. Carpet stains, bubbling wall paper, and missing the vent cover on the air-conditioning. I've been staying at this hotel since 2002 when my husband and I had our wedding reception there. This is disappointing seeing how bad it has gotten. There was no USB ports at all. I had to use the one o. The back of the TV.

Upon walking to my room I noticed the hallway carpet looked outdated and worn, this was the same case inside the room. Looks like the Hotel has not been updated since the 1970's . When entering the room you could smell damp, musty, moldy in the air. The furniture was old and water stained along with scratches. The wallpaper has waterstains as well. The only thing the room had going for it was the white bedding. The bathroom did not have a plastic shower liner therefore, water was getting all over the floor while soaking the actual curtain. The inside of the tub was slippery. The carpet in the living area was damp.

Under construction for renovations. Should have been done a long time ago. Many areas closed off!
