Boxboro Regency

Complete remodel of everything needed rugs in the hallway old dirty worn, the bathrooms. I waited until I got home to take a shower. I traveled all the way from Boston. I would’ve rather just paid an extra hundred dollars and stayed at a hotel in Boston. Expedia has a nerve to charge $50 booking fee for that disgusting hotel. I guess anything to make money.

Property was good. But they didn’t have our booking from you, so we had to buy another room. Even though we had paid with you when booking. Not impressed.

Convienient

Property is old. Needs updates. Cleaning crew could do better. There were cobwebs around the desk and window. There was old pieces of toast in the desk drawer. The freezer was full of frost. There was only 1 wash cloth. Room 229. Check it out. These are minor issues but should not be happening.

It was a ghost town on a Sunday night. Restaurant closed and pool was locked up at 7 instead of 9pm. Not sure why but was a disappointment.

Hotel is a little dated and in need of renovations which they appear to have started. Rooms were clean and pool are and lobby were very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Weird smell

The hotel was just what I needed for my stay. Thank you for hospitality and comfort of your hotel.

The vent from the ceiling was dripping, floor was wet and the smell from the room was unbearable, possibly an overly pungent cleaning solution? It was so bad that my eight year old daughter started to cry. Yes, they changed our rooms. The new room, the smell was much more mild but the ceiling vent was still leaking and the floor was wet. We had a room facing the indoor pool so could not even open the door to get fresh air. It was dingy at best. And the lobby coffee was never filled. Highly recommend to not stay here
