"Uncomfortable stay"

The only good thing about this hotel were the nice ladies staff at the check in desk. Candice and the other lady were so helpful and understanding. We needed to check out the following day instead of a longer stay. The bed was awful, saggy and uncomfortable. The hotel is old and outdated with stains in the hallway carpets. It’s not a good place to stay while visiting Austin. Look somewhere else. That’s what we did!
