"Visually clean but the smell."

Location

The smell in the rooms like a moldy smell. Our coats, hair, all luggage and clothing reeked of it.

Everything was nice and clean nice atmosphere and great vibes

I stayed Saturday January 17th 2026. It’s supposedly a pet friendly hotel. Not even 10 minutes after arriving we received a call of complaints that my dog was constantly barking which could not have been true because I was with my dog. Then I left for the store and I was out about 20 minutes we get another call of complaints so I recorded me going to my room and there was no dog barking at all. Then later that night I went snow tubing and i took my dog with me but front desk was unaware and called me again complaining about my dog but I have video of them calling me and my dog was with me so how could my dog be barking at a place she’s not even at. Then I purposely got an additional incidental hold for $100. I had 2 rooms I was charged for 3. I don’t recommend staying here at all day f you have a pet. I will never return ill take my money where it’s valued
