"Horrible"

Breakfast was hot but very marginal.

The room could have had a fridge, microwave, chair, desk area as advertised. It was mid construction and they were working on the room next store. Physically threatened by maintenance supervisor.

"The stay was horrible"

The room was very dirty the doors wouldn’t shut properly there were bugs in the room no wash cloths no ironing board we had to wait 2 hours for an ironing board and iron late to a scheduled event because no one could get the wash cloths or iron before the 2 hours the front desk person was not helpful and kept saying there was nothing she could do there was construction going on the same floor we stayed on very loud and not pleasant to be awoke by noise honestly no one should have been on the floor with all the debris and unpleasant smells on the floor in the hallways and on the elevator

"Comfortable and very accommodating"

Proximity to airport as my flight was long.

Keeping in mind that this statement is not racially motivated but I have a hearing problem and the desk staff was heavily accented Hispanic. In fact the entire staff was Hispanic. Saw no whites or blacks on staff.

"I was forced to stay because of a snowstorm and I really enjoyed it."

The hotel was good. It has rug in the rooms but not dirty.

I sent E-Mail to pick us up from the airport. It took 4 hrs to get a reply that I should call to be picked up.
