"Not very clean, breakfast, not as described"

The ratings of this hotel were high, so I decided to book the room for one night. The floor of the shower was very dirty and brown needs to have a good scrubbing. Hotel is old. They tried to refresh it. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Large red stain on the carpeting in the room by entrance, white lampshade in bedroom covered in orange/red stains, pillow cases had stains (all to bright or orange to be blood except for pillowcase stain imo). Lampshade at desk completely missing, no towels were left in room, desk phone did not work. The photo used on expedia of what the expected room is to look like is not even close to layout, cleanliness, or aesthetics. Only thing this hotel really had going for it was location comparative to jobsite location.
