Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tulsa, OK

Customer service is certainly NOT high on the priority list here. Check in took a solid 20 minutes and we pre-booked. The clerk speaks some version of broken English that is super hard to understand. Elevator NOT working so you have to lug your bags up the stairs. Breakfast? Ha! A couple of plastic wrapped muffins and 2 slices of bread. Coffee? Sorry, no cups! Vending machine? Sorry doesn’t work. Room service - nope have to ask the front desk twice for new towels. The rooms were clean and updated which is the only reason I give it a 2 instead of a 1.

Breakfast was null, room was okay. Fine to sleep in. Only seemed like they had one person to do every job, but the man was very professional.

We where given a Room that had used bed sheets not cleaned at all, the pillows where stained bad in yellowish color and smelled like saliva and sweat we spoke to the guy at front desk we wanted out he did offer us another room we were so tired we stayed because for us beeing tired i do give them thumbs down 👎we where not offered a discount or upgrade only an apology we do have pictures for reference. Overall sad experience

Everything was ok. But the curtain was not a curtain but a mattress pad. And was not secure all the way across the top which allowed a lot of light coming into room. My husband could not sleep well at all. And the air conditioner came on and off a lot and was very noisy. The room was clean tho.

During booking requested handicap things for restroom and it looked like at the time of check-in no one read those requests. 1st room was damaged and had to switch rooms

I have stayed here before when arranging flights out of Tulsa. The staff are nice and accommodating. We normally stay upstairs in a suite. However, this time we stayed downstairs. It was just sub par. Not to clean. Beds made badly. Just little things. Ok for a quick trip but definitely not for a long stay. If you can stay upstairs. The rooms were much better

The breakfast could have started earlier as we were in town for an event and left the hotel at 7:00 am
