"Nádherné místo přímo na břehu jezera, konec promenády zajišťuje klid a pohodu."

Snídani jsme měli na terase hotelové jídelny, přímo na nábřeží jezera. Bylo to skvělé! Výběr jídel byl naprosto postačující, příjemná byla sklenka prosecca. Skvěle se hodila k atmosféře místa.

Nic nebylo špatně.

Excelente café da manhã. Foi o melhor de toda a viagem de 18 dias pela Itália.

O contato com o cliente, após a reserva, foi muito ruim! O endereço colocado para chegar ao hotel não é viável. Fui de carro e coloquei no Wase que direcionou por uma rua que foi ficando intransitável e com aviso que era proibido para veiculos não autorizados. Imaginei que, por ter a reserva no hotel, estaria autorizado. Veio a policia e me fez retornar, dando uma multa de 50 euros. Depois me informaram que deveria me dirigir a outro hotel que ficaria com o carro e faria o transfer até o Azzurro. Muito nervosismo, desgaste e despesa que poderiam ser evitados pelas informações do hotel. Nota zero!
