Very nice place. Super easy to negotiate with. Guy at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite to me. Went in stressed as hell and by the end of the time i left i was extremely happy with my stay.

"THE BEST DECISION WEVE EVER MADE!!!"

Me and my brother and his girlfriend moved to Colorado and have been trying to find us a place to live. We have since been staying here and let me just tell yall this was the best decision we have ever made. The first place we went to compared to here was like a night and day difference. The rooms are immaculate and super well taken care of. The shower water is always hot and never goes cold just the way I need it to be. The grab and go breakfast in the mornings has helped us tremendously on getting through the day. The owner/general manager is the realest most authentic person you'll ever meet. I have to say this was the best place I've ever stayed at with reasonable pricing. It's dog friendly which is perfect because we were trying so hard to find a place that was in our price range. The rooms are so nice and the pillows are soft as clouds. You walk into the room and you can smell the cleanliness and you can tell these people out in the effort to not leave a spec behind. This man i tell you has been a blessing and has helped us when we needed a hand. We will forever be greatful for this man and his family for helping us when we needed it the most. Every family/friend that plans to come visit we will 1 million% recommend this place. Compared to everywhere we have stayed this hotel has blown the roof off its competitors!!!!

The room was clean and well air conditioned, but there was broken or damaged things all around the room. See the pictures below. Also, there was a deposit, which is normal, but they didn’t process the refund and I had to file a dispute with my card.

Phones, iPad, and hearing aids would not charge any night. Breakfast was a joke and not even that was out on Saturday morning. Frig in our room smelled so bad, we couldn’t put anything in it. There were holes in the spread at the bottom of the bed that looked like cigarette burns. Will not stay there again.

Wifi speed was extremely slow. Things (batchroom, lights) were not in good condition. AC was good. Room service was not good. Front desk service was good.
