Travelodge by Wyndham Longmont

The bed was clean but the nightstand was dirty behind it. It was sticky. It was supposedly a handicap room but I couldn’t get shower because of the tub. I can’t climb over the tub to get in. The clerk at the front desk was nice enough hard to understand. But I did slept well. I won’t stay there again

First of I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee. Very clean and safe facility. My room was spotless, everything seemed remodeled and well maintained

They were supposed to put a $50 dollar hold on our room, instead they put two $50 dollar holds on our room. This happened at Travelodge in Longmont, CO. My wife went to the desk and complained. She was told they would remove one of the holds. They told her the system updated at midnight and one of the holds would be removed. We were supposed to check the next morning and if the hold was not removed to let them know. The hold was not removed and she again went back to the desk, They told her not to worry that there would be no charge. They lied!. They also said if there was a charge to contact them. Good luck with finding a direct number to them. We did have a $50 dollar damage charge on our room. I am in my late 60's and my wife is in her early 60's. There was no damage to the room. Beware of their double charge. I will never stay at another Travelodge again. This happened to us on an extended vacation. We were on the road for over 3 weeks and this is the only problem we ran into with hotel. Most host were extremely nice.

I had a good stay and since the stairs were difficult for me they transferred me to a downstairs room for my 2nd night.

Great hotel for the price! The beds are super comfy! The room was quite spacious too. We had a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful.

I liked being able to park my car

Clean, but basic hotel. Very basic breakfast (Sunny D and cereal bars) to go. Strong smell of industrial strength cleaner, but mostly went away after running the A/C for a few hours.

Service

It was just obvious everything was managed from a pinching pennies standpoint Sure the front desk manager, a little rude, and just didn’t understand the service industry, however, I’ve really tried to look past that. The one thing I will say is that the bed was very, very comfortable and to that degree, if you find it at a low enough possible rate and just in there for a few hours to sleep on the bed it’s probably a good choice
