the pool and hot tub wasn't working on all 4 nights we stayed. Didn't pick up our trash, or leave us with clean towels.

Wifi is slow
USUSEverything was nice, they have a pool and a wide selection for breakfast. Staff was really friendly.
They were doing remodeling, they had really big metal bins in the parking lot, there was an ice cream left in our refrigerator
Doing lots of construction on the property and was very unpleasant. Definitely needs the updates, so glad they’re doing it, but would definitely not stay here again.

USUSThe location was good, but the property was not so good. There was construction going on to remodel the rooms, so there was pallets in the lobby and dumpsters in the parking lot. The door to my room, even though it was fully closed, still had a large gap at the bottom that bugs of any size could get in. The first morning I was there the water was warm even though I had the handle in full hot. The next morning when I was getting ready to check out, there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man to look at the water heater. He said it was running and it took time to circulate and I needed to let the water run a few minutes. By this time, the water had been running for 20 minutes. So I took a cold shower. I was loading my vehicle, I got everything loaded and I took my cup to get ice. I used my key card to get into the ice room and when I got back to my room, the key card didn't work. So I walked up to the office to get the key card re-programmed. I then went back to my room and the key card still didn't work. The office person saw I was having trouble on her camera and walked down to try the master key. It did not even work. So I could not get back into my room. It was a good thing I had already gotten all of my belongings out of the room. So I handed her my key card that did not work and told her I was checking out. I ended up leaving an hour early. Overall it was not a good experience.
