Ac didn’t work, toilet was broken, bar staff was swearing and yelling a lot, pool was closed, there were leaks everywhere. Terrible experience

No complementary breakfast, you had to pay for breakfast Parking was a little difficult to find a spot

1. Maurice, the hotel engineer was very helpful. 2. The breakfasts were very good, and service was great at the breakfast area. 3. Parking was great. 4. Space in the room was fine for both of us. 5. I used and enjoyed the fitness area.

1. No Heat! It was 64 degrees in our room and no heat in building during the long weekend stay. We did obtain a portable heater for the room eventually that brought it up to 71 degrees after I pointed out to the staff on duty that they were using a heater to keep themselves warm behind the desk. I took a photo of the portable heater they were using because they were not very helpful. 2. No shower gel or shampoo, after our 3 days of doing without either, I went to the desk and they supplied me with those missing items. 3. Some kind of weird black stuff was perculating up through the shower area drain during the night. Not sure what it was, but it happened each night. 4. My wife asked for extra blankets since it was cold in our room for two days before I went and complained. The person at the desk yelled at her that they didn't have any more blankets.

not enough toilet paper told staff about an toilet issue but was never assisted one of the pillows weren't clean not enough snack options 24/7 store would be more convenient or more vending machines not enough pillows

Terrible experience!! Personal belongings lost after being given to housekeeping. No accountability or follow-up.
