ESTAFA!!! No llegamos a alojarnos. La habitación tenía insectos y un montón de moscas muertas. Decidimos irnos (familia con 2 niños). En recepción dijeron que nos hacían el check-out pero que teníamos que reclamar a Booking.com. Ahora el hotel no contesta ni a Booking.com ni a nosotros. Tuvimos que buscar de noche alojamiento alternativo. A pesar de haber vuelto a reservar con Booking.com, no se hace cargo de esta situación y no ofrece más solución que una indemnización del 15% cuando solo querEmos que nos devuelvan el pago de una estancia que no hemos hecho por falta de higiene del establecimiento. Vamos a reclamar el caso en Consumo de la Unión Europea.

1.- Habitación con insectos vivos y también insectos muertos. 2.- Falta de responsabilidad del establecimeinto. 3.- Falta de responsabilidad de Booking.com

My only complaint would be their breakfast selection. Not everyone eats a carb filled breakfast. There should be more than one fruit and maybe yogurt
