Dirty, run down. Weather stripping on exterior door detached with a gap that could have let a mouse into the room. Breakfast was gross- it included Little Debbie snacks, etc.

Not much, honestly it was just a place for me to crash for one night. Glad the locks worked.

Hair everywhere, drops of blood found in room and on blankets, very run down, residents were loud at all hours of the day, I was stared at by one of the residents from her window the entire time I was unloading my car, it was quite unsettling

Staff was rude and inconsiderate when approached about finding bugs in the bed and around the room immediately after checking in. Requested multiple times for a refund through booking and personally to which I did not get a response and everytime I called I was told a manager was not available.

The cigarette burns all over the bedding sheets pillows in a non smoking room.

You name it. From having someone tweaking at 230 am beating a shovel outside our room

Everything! Floors were cracked! Our neighbors lived there with a room full of dogs that bit other people and their dogs that were staying in the hotel. Our chair was missing a cushion upon arrival which they charged us an extra $50.00 for when checking out! Non smoking room with cigarette burns all over the sheets. And our blankets didn't even fit our bed! Nobody spoke English either... It was just horrible!
