"Unimpressed"

The property was fine but I booked and paid with booking.com and the hotel made me pay $200 for a deposit. Booking.com said you should not of done that

"Nice but Noisy Room Neighbor"

Room was large and bathroom was satisfactory. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was extremely good, including the made-to-order omelettes.

Had a very noisy room above us on Easter weekend. Screaming, banging and even playing the acoustic guitar until 3 am or so. Called staff at 1:30 am for help (first time I've ever done that in my life) and believe they did go to the room (based on what I could hear), but the noise just continued after staff left. Wasn't much I could do at that point since they could purposely bang all night if wanted based on someone complaining. Was frustrating and got barely any sleep. Realize it's just a matter of luck of who is above you, but for us it was a bad experience (had a flight from JFK to Asia the next day).
