embassy is a good hotel by its nature, lots of space for breakfast and they give 1 drink voucher for every night. the restaurant is also good, so you have all you need in one place

the place is really old the room service is questionable as I was waiting for almost 2 hours to have my order delivered to the room and I even had to text the hotel manager to make it happen

The bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower was nice too

Loved the hotel rooms were very nice pool was great. Breakfast was also great. They give a complimentary drink each day for adults it was nice.

My bathroom had not been clean had a lot of hair all over the sink in bathtub and even in the towels. I went to lobby told the lady about it the only thing they did was bring new towels but did not clean the bathroom I ended up cleaning it myself. The complimentary drink was so full only one person serving. She also took long attending us but there was a group of ladys that were from soccer teams that drank the whole time up to the complimentary was done well I think because we left to our room with ours because ig how full the place was🤷🏻‍♀️for free never saw her taking the tickets from them she would just go to them they would raise the papers and served them. Laundry machines the dryers take forever had to dry the clothes three times mind you the machines cost 2.25. We also asked for change the lady in lobby could only give us 10.00 in change we ended up having to find a place to look for change because of the dryers not working well. There were also kids running and screaming all over the floors very early in the morning we had to wake up until I went to the breakfast and while sitting they threw the ball down and I got hit with the football in the head luckily it was foam. I took it to the office then eventually saw kid and dad screaming at kid I thought he was mad for what he did the running and then hit me with the football but no it was the issue that he lost it they did not give it back to him. I told him I was the person he had hit and instead of making his son apologize like I would of done he looked at me and said he did not mean it very serious and left🤷🏻‍♀️
