Pool and firepit

Rooms are so-so. Traveled with a group and 2 of 3 rooms had a terrible view of roof full of AC units. Rooms are updated but still could use some improvement. We were woken up by a group of folks partying at 2:30 am. This went on for over an hour. Location is nice, close to the mall and several restaurants.

Front desk staff is excellent & Tam and other bartender were so fun & personable

Another excellent stay at the San Ramon Marriott. From the minute I walked in, the staff was fantastic. The woman that helped me secured a high-floor room when I asked if one was available. it had a small balcony, but most importantly, it had the ability to access fresh air. Clean, and comfortable room. I didn't eat at the hotel, but my coworkers did and raved about the food. From what I saw on the menu, it sounded delicious. I could see the pool and common area from my room and had I brought a suit, I would have gone for a swim! Highly recommend this home.

We attended a wedding in San Ramon. Hotel was conveniently located to the venue and nearby mall and food was very good. Hotel was clean, just slightly dated and worn but would definitely stay again. Pool was spacious with ping pong table and various games. Gym was sufficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did use the M Club lounge and found it to be convenient and decent quality with regard to food (Breakfast, afternoon/evening snack and dessert).

Debbie (or Debra) at the front desk worked REALLY hard to make sure we got a room with two beds. We arrived late, and she took care of us even though the hotel was at capacity. I will definitely stay at this location again!

It's very convenient right off the 680, near Danville and the Bay area.
