San Ramon Marriott

The room we booked was not ready and they told us it would be about 3-4 hours after check in until it “may” be ready. My family of 5 had to sleep in a king and small sofa bed room. No accommodations were offered and basically told us to take it or leave it .

Outdated hotel, but good breakfast!

I have traveled extensively, and San Ramon Marriott significantly stands out as an outstanding hotel. Everyone on the staff from the General Manager to the persons behind the scenes doing the mundane have been exceptional. Their friendliness, hospitality, and graciousness have been constant on every visit I've had there. I have never experienced a time when any staff member was unpleasant or less than helpful when needed. Rooms are always clean and well maintained. Bishop Grill is great; menu is plentiful, food is generous and prepared well prepared, and the bar is warm and welcoming. The only tip I would offer is to bring along your own night light if you usually desire one.

What a fantastic property. Clean and quiet while I was there. The bed was just so comfortable I wish I had it in my home. Check out clerk was so very kind.

Great experience at Marriot San Ramon. We were there for a business trip 15 days. People at the reception is so helpfull, food at the restaurant is great and the rooms are really good. Definitely a great place to stay

Very clean property, check in smooth. Rooms are quite nice!

It was very noisy with guests talking loudly in corridors until early hours of the morning.
